Regular Picks is an entertainment product operated by MW Creative, LLC. We build tools that help venues run on-site NFL pick’em experiences. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with the Regular Picks website, mobile experience, notifications, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up or are invited to participate, we collect information such as your name, email address, password, and league affiliation to create and secure your account.

Usage Information: We capture application logs, device data, pages or screens viewed, and interactions with features (for example, the picks you submit, confidence selections, and leaderboard standings) to operate and improve the Service.

Location Information: If a host enables location-based check-ins or geofenced submissions, we collect coarse and/or precise location data when you attempt to check in or submit picks. Location data is used only to verify on-premise participation and is not sold or shared for unrelated advertising.

Support Information: If you contact us, we collect the information you choose to share along with any related metadata to respond to your request.

3. How We Use Information

To operate and maintain the Service, including authenticating users, enforcing on-site pick submissions, generating standings, and delivering notifications.

To communicate with you about account activity, feature updates, service announcements, and support responses.

To protect the integrity of venues and competitions by monitoring for misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. How We Share Information

Venues/Hosts: When you join a league, the host venue and its administrators can access the roster, picks, standings, and related participation data for that league.

Service Providers: We use trusted vendors (for example, hosting, data storage, analytics, and communication providers) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.

Legal and Safety: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Regular Picks, our users, or others.

Business Transfers: If we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same protections outlined in this policy.

We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising or gambling purposes.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use first-party cookies, local storage, and session storage to keep you authenticated, remember venue preferences, and deliver essential functionality (for example, keeping your league selection active). These are required for the Service to work.

We may use optional analytics cookies or similar technologies to understand feature adoption and improve the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not sell or share cookie data for cross-site tracking.

Regular Picks is intended for adults and other participants invited by host venues. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date below. Your continued use of the Service after an update indicates acceptance of the revised Policy.
